1. Overview
The Writing Room is a 5-week cohort-based program designed to help participants build a sustainable writing practice through structure, feedback, and community.
By enrolling in the program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the program.
3. Program Structure
The program runs for 5 weeks from the official start date.
Participants will be placed in a small group cohort.
Weekly live sessions and platform-based activities are included.
Access to the community platform continues after the cohort ends.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule, format, or delivery if necessary.
4. Payments
The total program fee is €597 (or as otherwise stated at checkout).
Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
Your spot is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
5. Refund Policy
Because of the small-group nature of the cohort and limited spots:
All sales are final.
Refunds are not provided once you have enrolled.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to discuss transferring your spot to a future cohort (subject to availability and approval).
6. Participant Responsibility
By joining the cohort, you agree to:
Attend sessions when possible
Engage respectfully with other participants
Take responsibility for your own progress and participation
This is a guided experience, but outcomes depend on your level of engagement.
7. Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe and constructive space:
Provide feedback with care and respect
Do not harass, discriminate, or disrupt the group
Respect different perspectives and experiences
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any work you create during the program.
By participating, you grant permission for other cohort members to read and provide feedback on your work within the private cohort space.
We will never publish or share your work publicly without your explicit consent.
9. Confidentiality
Participants agree to:
Respect the privacy of others in the cohort
Not share other participants’ work, comments, or personal information outside the program

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:
