Have you been carrying the urge to write for years, but never quite made it a practice?
Do you sit down with the intention to write, only to find yourself staring at the page — unsure where to begin, or whether what you have to say is worth saying at all?
Do you write occasionally, but struggle to make it stick?
Do you return to writing in bursts — after a meaningful conversation, a difficult moment, or a quiet Sunday morning — only to lose the thread again before it becomes something real?
Do you have more inside you than you've managed to put into words?
Do you sense there are experiences, questions, and observations worth exploring — but feel uncertain how to shape them into something you'd be willing to share, even with people you trust?
Then The Writing Room was designed with you in mind.

Then The Writing Room was
designed with you in mind.
Writing doesn’t fail because you lack ideas. Or because you’re not disciplined enough. If anything, the opposite is true.
Most people who feel this pull are not empty, but overfull.
You carry more than you know how to hold: ideas, memories, questions, fragments of conversations.
But when you sit down to write, three things tend to happen:
Your attention fragments before anything can take shape
You don’t have a clear structure to begin, so you hesitate
And without anyone beside you, it’s easy to walk away
So writing remains something that matters to you, but never quite becomes an embodied practice.
This is not a course on:
building an audience
turning ideas into a content strategy
or optimizing your writing for performance
It’s about building a relationship with writing that can withstand doubt, interruption, confusion, and the emotional weight of saying something that matters.
The Writing Room is a space to slow your thinking, give shape to what you’ve been carrying, and develop a writing practice you can return to.
The group is intentionally small—just 6 writers per cohort—so there’s room for real conversation, honest feedback, and the kind of trust that only forms when no one is performing for an audience.
Here's how it works
5 weeks (including 1-on-1 onboarding with me)
6 writers per group
Weekly live sessions (Zoom - 90 mins)
Daily guided practices (30–60 mins)
A private space for reflection and feedback
Each week builds on the last:
Week 1 — Onboarding
Meet Gianni, get oriented, and lay the foundation for everything that follows.
Week 2 — Read & Reflect
Reconnect with your attention, notice how you process ideas, and reflect alongside your peers.
Week 3 — Brainstorm & Select
Move from many possible directions to one idea that holds—guided by tools and peer feedback.
Week 4 — Write & Shape
Follow a clear structure to turn that idea into a complete, coherent piece.
Week 5 — Feedback & Closure
Receive thoughtful feedback from Gianni and your peers—and leave with clarity on where to go next.

The Facilitator

Hi, I’m Gianni.
For years, I worked in marketing and built my career around persuasion—copywriting, sales, webinars, messaging, and everything that turns attention into action. Writing was a tool to sell and drive outcomes.
It worked. But over time, something started to feel off.
The more I optimized for performance, the further I drifted from the reason I wanted to write in the first place: to help me think more clearly, and make sense of what was actually happening inside me and around me.
What brought me back wasn’t another framework. It was learning how to stay with what felt unclear, unfinished, or difficult to express—and building a practice that could hold that without rushing to resolve it.
The Writing Room comes from that shift.
I’m not here to teach you how to perform on the page, but to help you build a relationship with writing that can carry weight, uncertainty, and change. I’ll guide the structure, ask the right questions, and offer honest feedback—but more importantly, I’ll help you stay with the process long enough for something real to take shape.

I found Gianni's insights and feedback on the writing I submitted to be consistently on point and delivered in a humble and respectful manner. And if that's not enough, he is also a master of getting stuff done.

I always struggled to reconcile two energies inside me: the artist and the entrepreneur. But after working with Gianni, I began to see that the two weren’t in conflict. Creativity could have structure. Writing could be both expressive and intentional. For the first time, the artist and the entrepreneur in me stopped pulling in opposite directions and started working together.

Gianni is one of the most insightful writers I know. Every time we speak I leave full of ideas. He goes much deeper than just chasing attention - he knows how to spark insightful ideas. In today’s world, that’s an incredible skill (and he’s great at teaching it too!)

When does it start and end?
The next cohort begins on June 1st and runs for 5 weeks until the 3rd of July. Once you join, you’ll receive access to the platform and schedule your 1-on-1 onboarding session before we begin.
When are the live sessions happening?
The live sessions take place once a week, on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and each one runs for 90 minutes.
If you’re based in Europe, Africa, or Oceania, the calls will be scheduled in the afternoon. If you’re in the Americas, they’ll take place around midday.
Exact times will be confirmed once all 30 participants are in. I’ll do my best to place you in a slot that feels both convenient and sustainable for your schedule.
What type of writing are we going to practice?
The main focus of The Writing Room is non-fiction writing, with a particular emphasis on essays.
That said, the goal is not to fit into a specific format, but to help you develop a writing practice that allows you to explore your thoughts with depth and clarity. Whether you’re reflecting on personal experiences, ideas, or questions that matter to you, the practice is designed to support that process.
What’s the format of the program?
The Writing Room unfolds over 5 weeks in a small group of 6 writers. Week one begins with a one-on-one onboarding session, followed by four weeks of live Zoom calls, daily guided practices, and ongoing reflection and feedback inside a private space.
How much time should I expect to commit?
Around 30–60 minutes per day for the guided practices, plus one 90-minute weekly live session. The structure is designed to fit into your life without overwhelming it—but consistently enough to build momentum.
What’s the price?
The investment for the 5-week cohort is €597.
I’m intentionally keeping the price lower for this cohort because it's the first time I’m running The Writing Room.
Future cohorts will likely be priced differently as the structure evolves. For now, this is an opportunity to be part of the first group shaping what this becomes.
What if I fall behind?
That’s part of the process. This isn’t a program built on keeping up—it’s built on returning. The structure is there to guide you, but you’re not expected to execute it perfectly. If you miss a day or a session, you can pick it back up without feeling like you’ve failed the program.
What happens after the cohort?
The space doesn’t close when the 5 weeks end.
You’ll keep access to the platform, where all cohorts come together. That means you can continue sharing your writing, exchanging feedback, and staying in conversation with a wider group of writers who have gone through the same process.
You’ll also still have access to me inside that space. The goal is not just to complete the cohort, but to have somewhere to keep returning to—so the practice doesn’t fade once the structure is gone.
